Dr. Carlton's ongoing research into the Cognomina

Many readers ask about Dr. Carlton and his research (www.dotheyexist.com) into #1 whether the Cognomina exists, #2 if so, do the members really have total recall of past lives (validating reincarnation), #3 if so, why do these associate with one another lifetime after lifetime and #4 if so, what does their existence mean to the rest of us?

I would preface any answer by saying that I don't pretend to know the answers to these questions. I can only account for Evan's notebooks and the fact checking that I did to verify his claims. I have never meet or seen (via the tattoo) a member, but I think Evan Michaels answers points 1-3 in his account, which I believe to be real. Question 4 is a tricky one and I think it each reader is likely to distill the question (and whatever answers she or he gets from the book) into a personal context. For me I am both troubled by and enamored of the fact that these individuals could exist: troubled by what knowledge, experience and power they might possess and enamored of their likely abilities and knowledge that their personalities will escape that horrible wheel of life that eventually crushes us all. What I can say is that I stay in touch with Dr. Carlton and Ulrich regularly to get the latest on their research (which continues despite the injunctions in place).
